A large demonstration and public meeting were held on November 23 in Kathmandu in support of the Palestine Liberation Movement and against the genocide committed by the fascist Israeli government. The demonstration proceeded to the parliamentary house and later turned into a public meeting. Main speaker to address were Ananda Sharma from NCP (Mashal) Durga Paudel from National People Front, Pari Thapa from RCPN, Ram Karki from Revolutionary Maoist lead by Prachanda, Prabesh Hamal from United Socialist, Saroj BC from NCP (United), Ranadhoj Kandhangwa from the People's Socialist Party, Ohammad Khalid member of the Upper House of the Parliament, Vidyata Bajracharya from People's Socialist Party, Aahuti from Scientist Socialist Party, Lok Narayan Subedi from National Revolutionary Front, Sanjob Upredi from Citizen's Forum, Apurba and Independent Citizen etc.
