Your Excellency,

We, the people of Nepal, from different walks of life, such as leaders of different political parties, representatives of the wider civil society movement, human right organizations, trade union organizations, women's right organizations, student organizations and different institutions, respected personalities of social life, have come to your embassy to hand over our Letter of Protest. The letter of Protest consists of our condemnation, strong objection and disapproval over the brutal genocide and ethnic cleansing your government is doing in Gaza and Lebanon these days.

Our human conscience compelled us to come here because no human being can keep silent when an alien government purposefully kills more than 44 thousand innocent Palestine in a year, among whom nearly 70 percent are children and women. Moreover, Half of the Gaza's home and hospitals plus eight tenth of schools are said to have been turned into wreckage. All these acts have displaced more than 1.9 million citizens from their own homeland/residence by creating horror and terror. Who can sleep peacefully in the world when it is certain that several thousand more children, old people and serious patients in Gaza are going to die very soon just due to the inhuman blockade of food, necessary groceries and even emergency medicines? Intentionally more people are going to be killed by the blockade than by the bullet. From any humanitarian standard of the world the acts of your army can be named as war crime and state terrorism unequivocally, and we condemn it vehemently.

It is obvious to the world that you are daring to do this at the financial, weaponry and political backing of an Imperialist power, the USA. We condemn the very super power, too, who is encouraging such an inhuman heinous crime.

Through you, your excellency, we request to convey to your government that all the blockades of food, groceries and medicines should be lifted once and for all and UN and humanitarian agencies should be given undisturbed access to the distribution channel. We demand that all the act of assaults, brutal genocide and ethnic cleansing should be stopped immediately. There should be immediate ceasefire between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah and other forces. Killing innocent people from any side is a humanitarian crime. All the differences and dissatisfactions between warring factions should be addressed on the negotiating table. Israel should do whatever is at its disposal diplomatically by exchanging prisoners to release Nepali citizen Mr Bipin Joshi from the Custody of Hamas as soon as possible.

The world knows very well that Palestine is the historical homeland of Palestine people. Until and unless the displaced Palestine do not get their homeland and residence, the Palestine problem seems never to be solved. Let Jews remain inside the border line as resident as created by UN in the beginning. However,their expansionism and greed of more land through state terrorism would never be acceptable to Palestine. If they need more land at the cost of Palestine, it will be better if they seek it in USA or Great Britain who created Israel forcibly without asking to the Palestine people democratically. They have a lot of land at their disposal.
