In view of the serious consequences of the crisis-prone imperialist world system for women in the world, experiences and assessments in the fight against the suppression of women were exchanged at a separate women’s assembly during the 5th World Conference of ICOR. The following perspectives were developed for consciousness-building and revolutionary work by ICOR for the women’s liberation struggle:

• The suppression of women is system-inherent; a solution of the women’s liberation struggle is only possible through social revolution. The alliance between the working class as the leading force of revolution and the women’s movement must be strengthened in practice.

• As ICOR, we strengthen the socialist perspective in the women’s movement and organize a broad campaign of education about the socialist tradition and the roots of the women's liberation struggle around the 8th of March.

• Important anniversaries and events in the women’s liberation struggle must become the topic of ICOR.

• Joint ICOR delegations on women’s struggles, protests, strikes and conferences are an effective means of mutual strengthening of the struggle and exchange of experiences.

• ICOR women participate in events of militant women’s organizations (e.g. Women’s Political Council).

• Publications such as the ICOR brochure on women’s liberation make an important contribution to the theoretical and programmatic discussion. Webinars are a means of networking, exchange of experiences and positions.

• As an important qualitative solidarity action of the mass movement of women, an ICOR women’s brigade will be mobilized for the hospital project in Gaza.

• The World Women’s Conference of Grassroots Women is an important achievement of the world’s women’s movement, which we support as ICOR women and in which we want to form a visible revolutionary center of attraction. We actively mobilize to the theoretical seminar of world women in 2025 in Nepal.

• Women’s conferences and coordination are a qualitative development of ICOR.

Resolutions of the World Conference are ICOR resolutions if more than 50 percent of the attending member organizations approve them. Further organizations are cordially invited to give their signatures.
