Dear Comrades,

As ICOR Middle East and ICC, we strongly condemn the ongoing repression carried out by the Jordanian state against progressive and Palestinian forces in the country and its complicity with Zionism and imperialism.

In the face of the continuing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the Jordanian regime has chosen to suppress the voices of resistance. We demand the immediate and unconditional release of Palestinian Dr. Issam Al-Khawaja, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jordanian Democratic Popular Unity Party.

As part of our efforts, we have prepared a draft protest letter addressed to the Jordanian authorities. We call on all revolutionary, anti-imperialist, and democratic forces to protest the Jordanian state and demand release of all political prisoners, send protest letters to Jordanian state institutions, express solidarity with the detained comrades.
