Our region is ablaze. The Zionist genocide in Palestine and occupation attacks on Lebanon, retaliatory strikes against the population in Yemen, imperialist interventions, and the takeover by the Islamist HTS gangs in Syria, accompanied by attacks from the Turkish occupying state on northern and eastern Syria— all of these aim to force the peoples of the region under the yoke of violence and oppression. Our peoples are marked by war, poverty, inflation, and various forms of oppression, triggered by the actions of regional and international reactionary and imperialist powers.

Today, the most aggressive actors in reshaping the Middle East are the colonial states Turkey and Israel, who are currently attacking and occupying various parts of Syria. Their aggressions are primarily directed against the Kurdish and Palestinian peoples, who, despite the harshest conditions, heroically resist and tirelessly fight for the will of the region’s peoples for justice, freedom, dignity and self-determined lives.

While imperialist powers attempt to secure their hegemony in the region through collaborators and interventions, plunging the region further into chaos, the US imperialism, as the main war instigator in the world, enforces an aggressive policy of protecting Israel and encircling the Iranian mullah regime. Yet, amidst this darkness, the resistance of the peoples, their organization, and self-defense in solidaristic unity remains the only beacon of hope for the future of the region. For the liberation of the Middle East from colonialism, fascism, and imperialism, for the freedom of all nations, faiths, and women, this resistance must be united and strengthened beyond colonial borders. Only under the banner of proletarian internationalism can we achieve true freedom!

As the Middle East Coordination of the ICOR, we stand for the democratic and socialist future of our peoples. We fight together for the strengthening of the revolutionary alliance of our peoples and the liberation struggles of Palestine, Kurdistan, and the entire region.
