The purpose of the Solidarity Pact is to develop solidarity-based cooperation to support the Al-Awda Health Community Association in its efforts to provide health care for people in Gaza.
On the part of ICOR, it is based on the resolute protest and resistance against the inhuman, existence-threatening aggression of Israel against the Palestinian masses in Gaza.
It is intended to tell the people in Gaza especially the women and children. You are not alone. With ICOR people all over the world are standing by your side.
ICOR would like to acknowledge and strengthen the courageous, selfless commitment of the Al-Awda Health Community Association to survival and vital needs of the masses of the most difficult conditions.
The Solidarity Pact should be a mutual cooperation on a non-party democratic secular basis.
As first step, the donations collected from October 1. 2024 on will be transferred to Al-Awda Health Community Association as part of the “Gaza Shall Live” fundraising campaign lanched by the United Front Europe in 20231 Transfer shall be made in each case when 5.000 euros have been collected. One of the cooperation partners for this is the soldarity and aid organization Solidarität International in Germany.
The donations come from people and organizations that are not themselves blessed with riches. But Al-Awda Health Community Association can be sure of one thing: every cent is honestly collected among the masses, using this raise awareness and promote solidarity.
Tor its part Al-Awda Health Community Association undertakes to regularly and carefully account for the exact use of the funds for purely humanitarian purposes in caring for the health and essential needs of the population in Gaza.
It is also asked to provide first-hand information about the development of the situation to the ICOR for the public relations work of the ICOR organization.
In the course of the cooperation and appropriate to the changing circumstances the aim should be to develop the cooperation further to collect medicines medical eqipment and in the long term, to rebuild healthcare facilities (hospital, health stations or the like). To this end, mutually agreed concepts should be developed in good time an funds collected to the best of our ability.
