Dear friends,

On March 8th, a vibrant women's march took place in Amsterdam, with 20,000 participants. The militant contingent of the March 8th Committee carried an ICOR flag and slogans: "March 8th Day of Struggle - March 8th Day of Holiday" and "A different future, a better life, away with war, women at the forefront!" Many other slogans included "Imperial hands off Iran, off the Middle East" and "Jin Jiyan Azadi, vrouw leven vrijheid" (Jin Jiyan Azadi, the freedom of women's lives), etc. This wonderful International Women's Day concluded with an event featuring speeches, music, films, and an international buffet.
