2. It highlights that shifts in the balance of international power—with the rise of new forces and the decline of U.S. hegemony—reflect the beginning of the formation of a new world order, particularly amid the weakening position of the dollar and the rise of alternative currencies. This pushes U.S. imperialism to intensify efforts to control oil reserves and energy resources.

3. It condemns U.S.–Zionist aggression against Iran and affirms Iran’s right to defend its sovereignty as part of the broader confrontation with the imperialist project in the region. It values the resilience of peoples and their capacity to rebalance the struggle, expressing solidarity with Iran’s military steadfastness and popular national resistance.

At the Arab Level:

1. It condemns the ongoing Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people, the genocidal war in Gaza, and policies of siege, starvation, and displacement, affirming full support for resistance in all its forms.

2. It rejects the “execution of prisoners” law, considering it a dangerous escalation targeting the prisoner movement. It renews solidarity with prisoners and calls for intensified efforts to support deported prisoners, especially given their deteriorating conditions, and to ensure their reception in Tunisia with proper care.
